These terms cover the website usasaunittrenty.cc and, where a written quote does not say otherwise, a planting engagement with Daniil Bragarciuc, Strada Lipcani 9, MD-2051, Alley, Republic of Moldova. Contact: [email protected].

The website

You may read the pages and send an enquiry. You may not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, or copy the text and drawings for a competing publication. A short quotation with a link back is acceptable. The pages are information until you accept a quote.

Quotes

A quote sent by email is an offer for the scope written in it. It is not accepted until you reply to accept it. The visit is not booked before that reply. The fee, the timing of payment, and any note about a late cancellation are the ones printed in the quote. If the quote is silent about moving a visit, a change made with at least one working day's notice is not charged again.

Work outside the quote, including a second revision or an extra visit, is a new quote. Plants, planting labour, building work, and spraying are outside the studio's engagements unless a quote explicitly adds them. It will not add building work or spraying.

Your message

You confirm that the details you send are yours to share and that the message is lawful. Do not send another person's private information without a reason that person would expect. The Privacy Policy explains how the message is handled.

Drawings

When a plan is paid for, you may use it to plant and maintain the property named in the quote. You may give it to a gardener working on that property. You may not resell it or present it as a plan for a different address. The studio keeps the right to be identified as the author.

Results

A planting plan is prepared with care from what can be seen on a visit and from what you tell the studio. Weather, soil below the spade tests, nursery quality, planting technique, watering, and later pruning all change the result. The studio does not guarantee a yield, a survival rate, or a particular appearance. The disclaimer explains the limit of the free notes on this site.

Liability

The free pages are provided as general information. For a paid engagement, liability is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement, except where the law of the Republic of Moldova does not allow a limit, including liability that cannot legally be reduced for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Courts of the Republic of Moldova have jurisdiction, without removing any right a consumer has that cannot be waived.
