What this site collects
If you send the contact form, the site receives your name, email address, message, and the fact that you confirmed you read this policy. That information is used to reply, to decide whether a visit is possible, and to prepare a quote if you ask for one.
The contact page also keeps a short-lived session so the form can be checked against forgery. The cookie that remembers your cookie choice stores only the word "all" or "essential". It does not store your name.
The site does not run a user account, a newsletter, or a payment page. Do not send bank details, identity document numbers, or information about your health in the form. They are not needed for a planting enquiry.
What the host may see
The site is served through hosting that may sit behind Cloudflare. The host and Cloudflare can process connection data such as IP address, time, and browser type as part of delivering the pages and defending the server. This site does not add an analytics script, an advertising pixel, or a font loaded from another domain. It does not sell personal information and it does not pass enquiry messages to an advertising network.
Why the information is used
- To answer your message and, if you want a quote, to take steps toward a contract.
- To keep a record of what was asked and what was offered, including if a dispute arises later.
- To keep the form technically reliable, using the session cookie described in the Cookie Policy.
How long it is kept
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless a contract follows or a longer period is required for a legal claim. The cookie choice expires after 180 days unless you clear it sooner. The form session ends when you close the browser.
Who receives it
Messages are emailed to [email protected] using the server's mail function. They are read by Daniil Bragarciuc. They are not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list. A processor who only carries the email or the web traffic may handle the data for that technical step.
Your requests
You may ask for a copy of the enquiry data held about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows it, or object to a use that is not required for a contract or a legal duty. Write to [email protected] from the email address you used, and describe the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova. The applicable law is Law No. 133 of 8 July 2011 on Personal Data Protection, together with any later rules that apply to this studio.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may use the same email to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object. The studio will respond in English.
Children
The studio does not offer services to children and does not knowingly collect their information. The form is for adults making an enquiry about a property.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new text will be published on this page. Continued use of the form after that date is a new message under the published text. A quote already accepted keeps the terms that were in force when you accepted it.
